Now, leaks are expected, and so before the launch, we’re continuing to give you updates about this anticipated offering from the gaming company.

Rumored Specs and Features

In terms of specs, the Razer Phone will have (based on this GFXBench listing) to have Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with a customized UI instead of having stock Android within. In terms of display, the Razer Phone will have a 5.7-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, though it will still stick with the regular 16:9 aspect ratio.

Inside, the Razer Phone is supposed to be powered by the Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor clocked at 2.4GHz, along with 8GB of RAM and Adreno 540 GPU, which now supports DirectX 12 & Vulkan APIs. It also has 64GB of internal storage but there’s no word yet about storage expandability.

In terms of camera and optics, the Razer Phone will sport a 12MP camera on the rear and an 8MP shooter on the front.

There is also a bunch of sensors including accelerometer, barometer, compass, gyroscope and light sensor as well as connectivity options like Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC, all of these while only having a single SIM card slot.

If these rumored specs and features are true – Razer might get its fans to buy it in order to game on their smartphones. We hope that the logo on the back was Chroma-compatible as well. 🙂

It is slated to launch on November 1st, so stay tuned here at SnowTechStuff for updates!
